About

Most small businesses are running on a website from 2014.

Not because they do not care. Because the quote was four thousand pounds and three months, and there was a van to run in the meantime.

What we are here to fix

There is a gap that has been open for about fifteen years. Large companies get websites that load instantly, take bookings at two in the morning and show up first when somebody searches. Small ones get a template, a contact form that goes to an inbox nobody checks, and an invoice for the privilege.

The gap was never about talent. It was about hours. Building a site properly meant weeks of someone's time, and weeks of someone's time costs more than most small businesses can justify spending on something they cannot see working yet.

What actually changed

AI collapsed the slow parts. Laying out pages, writing first drafts, wiring up the plumbing that every site needs and nobody wants to pay for: the work that used to fill three weeks now fills an afternoon. That is the entire reason we can say three to five days and mean it.

What it did not change is judgement. Ask an AI to build a business a website and it will cheerfully invent five-star reviews, a founding date, a list of certifications and a team of people who do not exist. It will pick colours a person with low vision cannot read. It will build a beautiful page with no clear way to actually contact you. None of that is a bug in the tool. It is what happens when nobody is checking.

So that is the split. AI does the fast part. We do the part where somebody has to know what good looks like, and has to care whether it is true.

Why we give the method away

Our prompt generator is free, asks for no email address, and hands you the same instructions we would use ourselves, including the server file most people get wrong. You can take it and build the whole thing without us.

Some people will, and that is a genuinely good outcome. A small business with a fast, honest website it built itself is better off than one with no website and a quote it cannot afford. The people who come back are the ones who tried it, saw how much of the work is the unglamorous half, and decided they would rather spend that week running their business.

Who you are working with

My name is Mawana Chidovi, and Kova is mine. You will be dealing with me from the first call through to launch, and afterwards when something needs changing.

I judge a website by one question: is it making the owner money? Not whether it won an award, not whether it looks current in a screenshot. Whether the phone rang. Whether the calendar filled. Whether the quote requests came in from people who would otherwise have called somebody else.

That is a harder standard than most of this industry works to, and it is the reason the sites here are built the way they are. A booking flow that confirms on the page rather than promising a callback. A number that is tappable from every page. Enquiries stored on the server as well as emailed, because an enquiry that vanishes is a job somebody else got. None of that shows up in a portfolio screenshot. All of it shows up in the takings.

What does not change is how the work gets done. Nothing is assembled from a template with your logo dropped in the corner, and nothing is passed along to someone you have never spoken to.

How we build

Four decisions that shape every build

These are the reason the sites we ship keep working long after we have handed them over.

01

Static by default

Every site we ship is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. There is no framework to fall out of date and no monthly platform fee. It loads quickly because there is very little to load, and it is quick to build for the same reason.

02

The conversion flow is the job

Laying out a good-looking page is the easy half. The booking flow is the hard half, and it takes most of the time, because it is the part that pays for the site.

03

Built to be found

Unique titles and descriptions on every page, a sitemap, structured data, real alt text, and a page light enough that Google does not hold its weight against it. A script checks all of that before launch so nobody has to guess.

04

Nothing dead-ends

If a form fails it shows the phone number instead. If a lead is emailed it is written to the server as well. A business that has just lost a job deserves better than being told the email must have gone astray.

What we are not

We do not sell SEO retainers that amount to a monthly PDF, run advertising on your behalf, or build on page builders that keep your site tied to a subscription.

We build the site, make it fast and findable, hand over the keys and the documentation, and stay available when something needs changing. If what you actually want is a full marketing department, you want an agency, and we will say so on the call.

Want to see whether we are a fit?

A short call with no script. Tell us what you are trying to launch and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people to build it.
